Virgin Hotels London – Shoreditch – Grand Opening Day Prize Draw

1. Who can enter?

• Anyone who is 18 or over and a resident in the UK can enter.
• Sorry, Virgin Money (Clydesdale Bank PLC) and Virgin Hotels employees and contractors can’t enter.
• Anyone who has been involved in running this Prize Draw can’t enter.

2. When can you enter?

• You can enter anytime between 9:30am on Monday 28th April 2025 and midday on Monday 5th May 2025.

3. How do you enter?

• Enter via our Prize Draw post that is shared from the @VirginMoney and @VirginHotelsLdnShoreditch Instagram pages.
• If you enter via Instagram, follow @VirginMoney and @VirginHotelsLdnShoreditch (if you haven’t already).
• Comment and tag the person you would take, and tell us why they deserve a getaway.
• You can only enter once.

4. How will the winner be chosen?

• We’ll choose the winner at our discretion by Wednesday 7th May 2025.
• We’ll contact the winner via Instagram DM.
• We will re-draw if a winner doesn’t respond to our Instagram DM within 5 days or isn’t eligible to win.

5. What is the Prize?

• The prize is a two-night stay for you and one other at the Virgin Hotels London - Shoreditch. The stay is based on a Chamber King bedroom.
• Please note, all travel costs and other food & drink expenses aren’t included.
• You must book in advance. Blackout Dates Apply. Restrictions and exclusions may apply and are based on hotel availability.
• The stay will be valid for one year from the date of issue of the redeemable voucher.
• If you win, you can't change your Prize for anything else, including cash. Also, you can’t give your Prize to anyone else (…why would you want to?!)

6. How do you know if you have won?

• We’ll contact the winner via Instagram DMs by Wednesday 7th May 2025 to tell them they’ve won the Prize. The winner need to respond to our message to confirm that they would like to accept the prize within 5 days.
• We’ll then ask you for your email address and pass it over to Virgin Hotels London - Shoreditch so you can redeem your prize.

7. What else do you need to know?

• We’ll use your personal information to help us run the Prize Draw. You can find out more about how we use your personal information at https://uk.virginmoney.com/security/.
• Although we’ll be working closely with our friends at Virgin Hotels, we aren't responsible for their offers or any marketing on their websites. Just get in touch with them if you have any queries or concerns.
• Other entrants can ask us for the winner’s surname and the county where they live, by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Virgin Hotels London - Shoreditch Opening Prize Draw 2025, Virgin Money, Jubilee House, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 4PL. The winner agrees that we can tell other entrants or the Advertising Standards Authority these details, if asked. If the winner has concerns about this, they can get in touch to discuss.
• This Prize Draw is being run by us, so you’re only providing your details to us and not Instagram or Facebook.
• Only English law applies to this Prize Draw.
• If something goes wrong, we’ll try to fix it. If we can’t because it’s something we can’t reasonably control, or it’s not our fault, then we may have to make changes to this Prize Draw. This includes suspending or ending it early. We can make such changes without giving you notice. However, we’ll try our best to avoid making changes. And we’ll try to minimise any disappointment to you when we make changes.
• On the odd occasion, disputes happen in relation to Prize Draws. We really hope to avoid them! If any problems come up, we will try to resolve them quickly. We’ll make the final decision in relation to any issues relating to the running of this Prize Draw.
